Kelly Rowland‘s brand new single ‘Commander’ has finally premièred!

The epic up-tempo sees Rowland reunite with ‘When Love Takes Over’ producer David Guetta. However, unlike ‘Takes Over’, ‘Commander’ boasts an Urban edge (likely courtesy of the Rico Love, who penned the cut); an edge which, along with the song’s infectious chorus, should see it appeal to the both the Urban and Pop audience.

“From here on out I’ll be your Commander”, Rowland belts. Indeed, the song introduces the world to a fiercer, more ferocious, and ultimately more ‘in-charge’ incarnation of the Destiny’s Child alum. A delicious slice of Electro-Pop greatness, this looks poised to be the song which propels Rowland into the Pop stratosphere as a solo artiste.

Amazing.

International star Kelly Rowland rocked a new ‘do on the red carpet at the City of Hope – Spirit of Life Award ceremony last night (April 26th).  The event, which took place at New York City’s Grand Ballroom, benefits life-saving cancer research, treatment and education programs.

It’s been over a decade since R&B singers Monica and Brandy had their monster hit ‘The Boy Is Mine’. Now, in an interview with HipHollywood.com, Monica has revealed that a followup to the tune may be in the works. Nicole Scherzinger continued her domination of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ this week. The Pussycat Doll headliner performed the Samba with her partner Derek and once again received the highest scores from the judges. Scherzinger seems to be following the trend that Mya set last season. Hopefully she doesn’t get robbed of the championship like Mya as well.

Rapper Eve has been out of the spotlight for almost 3 years, and in January confirmed that she has parted ways with Interscope – her label home of 11 years.
