Whitney Houston‘s star is one that shone like no other and continues to radiate a decade after her untimely passing.

Fittingly, then, her story is set for the big-screen-biopic treatment by way of ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody.’

Set to hit theaters worldwide next month, the movie sets out to serve as the most seismic and definitive take on the diva’s story.

Directed by Kasi Lemons, ‘I Wanna Dance’ is penned and produced by Anthony McCarten – who helmed Oscar winner ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ (the blockbuster biopic about Queen). It notably serves as the only film production on Houston’s life to be released in partnership with the songbird’s Estate and longtime collaborator Clive Davis onboard. A move that will see the flick feature original recordings of the icon’s music too.

With buzz aplenty surrounding the project, Sony Pictures has unwrapped an extended trailer  – showcasing lead Naomi Ackie as Houston and the lifelong span the ‘I Wanna Dance’ will dive into.

Taylor Swift is hot on the promotional trail.

Case in point, she has just unleashed a new version of her song ‘Anti-Hero.’ This version features rock band Bleachers.

Previously, Swift teased the version of the song in a tweet, saying: “Jack’s version of ‘sexy baby’ is ‘art bro’ and we sincerely hope it confuses just as many people.”

This is a reference to Bleachers frontman and Swift’s producer Jack Antonoff swapping the “sexy baby” lyric for “art bro.”

The new version of the song comes after it was announced that ‘Midnights’ had continued its reign on the Billboard 200 chart with the biggest second week sales of the year (as we reported here).
