Kim Burrell has issued a public apology to the LGBTQ community following remarks that ignited anger in earnest.

During a sermon given in 2016, the singer/preacher was recorded saying:

“That perverted homosexual spirit is a spirit of delusion and confusion and has deceived many men and women, and it has caused a strain on the body of Christ.”

Burrell would double down on the comments, insisting her words were taken out of context and that her issue centered on the “sin” not the individual.

Still, the backlash was hot and hard, with the star losing her TV show and being uninvited to award shows.

Now, during an acceptance speech at the soon-to-be-aired Stellar Awards, Burrell seized the moment to issue an apology.

Some of Arica’s biggest music superstars have joined forces in an Avengers-like pairing for the new song ‘One Call.’ 

The song was made by Nigerian producer/DJ Spinall, singer Tyla, and singer Omah Lay. The song includes a mellow and hypnotic Afrobeats instrumental, and finds Omah and Tyla lyrically pining for a potential fling, telling them that they’ll only be “one call” away when they need them.

The new song in Tyla’s catalogue continues her United States takeover after the success of last year’s smash ‘Water,’ which went on to become a top 10 staple on the Hot 100 chart.

Kamala Harris is speaking up and out after receiving Joe Biden‘s endorsement to serve as the official Democratic pick for the forthcoming Presidential election.

As reported, the current US president sent shockwaves across the globe when he bowed out of the reelection bid.

In tandem with the announcement, Biden encouraged the Democrats and the masses to get behind Harris – the US’ current Vice President – in a looming showdown with Donald Trump.

Issuing her first statement since her Presidential campaign engine fired up, Harris outlined her mission and didn’t hold back when it came to her rival.
