As has been making its rounds Thursday (May 5), reports have it 56-year-old self-proclaimed relationship guru and image consultant Kevin Samuels has died.
While no official statements have surfaced from the social media maven’s family or publicity camps, sources reportedly close to the controversial and often misogynistic Samuels say he died suddenly of cardiac arrest.
To the surprise of absolutely no one some, response to the news has been as divided as the opinions about his divisive commentary aboard his often-viral Web videos – many of which saw him speak disparagingly about women.

As Kehlani prepares to make a splash on the R&B charts with their third studio album, the April 29-released ‘Blue Water Road,’ reports surfaced the LP may not see that success mirrored on the Pop charts.
En route to entering the Billboard 200 with their lowest first-week sales to date (as we reported here), the moderate commercial response to the project – according to some of her diehard fans – is due to the limited promotion its been afforded, especially related to live performances and interviews.
But, those hoping for a ramp up of the latter were dealt a surprising blow this week when the 27-year-old took to social media to confirm they will not be granting any more sit-down chats with media outlets.

Doja Cat pounces all over ‘Hound Dog’ – the 1952 Big Mama Thornton song later brought to worldwide fame by Elvis Presley – to interpolate the classic track in her contribution to the King of Rock N’ Roll’s forthcoming eponymous biopic.
Titled ‘Vegas,’ the Doja tune serves as the first official single from the June 24-due film’s accompanying soundtrack.
“You ain’t nothing but a Dog? Player, I get it / Fraud? Player, I get it / I understand, I understand / You ain’t the man, you ain’t a man / You ain’t nothing but a Hound dog, hound dog, hound dog,” she spits on the cut’s chorus.
Just weeks ago, Cat gave Coachella festivalgoers a taste of the energetic tune during her high octane set. Now, she’s lifting the lid on the full version.

After a surprise announcement on May 5, it is finally here. For, Taylor Swift has unleashed her song ‘This Love (Taylor’s Version)’ into the world.
The song made its grand debut during the trailer for the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty.’
The song originally appeared on Swift’s 2014 album ‘1989’ and has since gone on to become a favorite among her fans. Despite the release of the new song, there is no word as to when ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’ will be released.
‘This Love’ marks the second single from the album. She previously shared her version of ‘Wildest Dreams’ last year.

For, the Latin music superstar has just unleashed his most recent album, ‘Un Verano Sin Ti.’ The project boasts a bevy of collaborations from several of music’s biggest names. For example, Rauw Alejandro, Chencho Corleone, Jhayco, and Tony Dize are all included on the album.
‘Un Verano Sin Ti’ is set to be his first album since his groundbreaking 2020 studio effort ‘El Último Tour del Mundo,’ which went on to win him a GRAMMY Award last month. The project housed the hits Dakiti’ and ‘Booker T,’ both charted on the Billboard Hot 100.

ASAP Rocky has recruited his partner Rihanna to star in the video for his brand new single ‘D.M.B.’
The cinematic visual sees couple celebrate the classic ride-or-die love story – regardless of the circumstances they are faced with. There’s even a proposal.
Lensed in New York last summer, the clip was written, directed & executive produced by ASAP Rocky himself. While the song was produced by Lord Flacko, Skepta, Shlohmo, Hector Delgado & Kelvin Krash and features additional production by D33J.
Its arrival comes as the rapper and entrepreneurial songbird await the birth of their first child together.

Kelly Rowland showed up and showed out for a good cause this week. Specifically, The Red Dress Collection Concert in honor of The American Heart Association‘s Go Red For Women campaign.
On hand to celebrate the organization’s 20th anniversary, Ms. Kelly and her dancers delivered a dynamite set – comprised of Destiny’s Child hits such as ‘Independent Women’ and ‘Soldier.’ Also in the mix were some of the songbird’s biggest hits such as ‘Dilemma’ and recent dancefloor jam ‘Finally.’
