Normani was a special guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which was hosted by her friend and inspiration Ciara.

Chopping it up with CiCi, the rising solo star opened up about the chart-topping success of her single ‘Wild Side,’ turning up in Itay during Fashion Week, being a perfectionist, and her show-stopping performance at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Katy Perry showed up and she showed out.

For, the music superstar kick off her Last Vegas residency – ‘Play’ – with some big moments. She began by performing her #1 hit ‘E.T.’ before cycling into her top 5 hit ‘Chained To The Rhythm.’

From there, she performed some of her biggest hits, including: ‘Waking Up In Vegas,’ ‘Teenage Dream,’ ‘I Kissed A Girl,’ and many more.

Perry previously announced that she would be heading to Vegas earlier this year and recently sat down with ‘Good Morning America’ to discuss her residency.

Her first show comes on the heels of her releasing her most recent song, ‘When I’m Gone’ with Alesso.
