Nothing JLO does is sincere. Since she left that message about Mariah Carey – that she knows the public will see – believe me JLO has something up her sleeve to benefit HERSELF. She has no friends in the industry because she only surrounds herself with people that WORSHIP her. Leah Remini seems to be JLO’s ONLY friend and she hangs with Leah Remini because Leah is beneath her.
Every nice thing she does is to get publicity for herself. For instance, she is only involved in a charity when she’s promoting something she’s doing, or she can get a chance to model her expensive outfits for the cameras. She claims to be involved in charities, but once she gets the publicity, you NEVER, EVER hear about that charity again.
She can also be a “Latino for a day” when she’s trying to sell them something. She’ll darken her hair, and look “LATINO”, and as soon as she gets what she wants from them, she’s back to being a caucasian.
Even when she produced the movie “El Cantante”. She led the Puerto Ricans into believing that the movie was a tribute to their beloved icon Hector Lavoe. They all thought she was being so “nice”, but she turned around and made the movie all about her character Puchi. She was in every scene because they found out it wasn’t about her honoring Hector Lavoe, it was all about JLO showcasing HER character and trying to get an Oscar nomination for her role. lol!!!
So if that’s a “nice” gesture to Mariah Carey, JLO has a self-serving motive behind it!

Ben is a somewhat private guy and I’m sure his decision not to marry her was because he didn’t want to live his life in front of the cameras. Marc Anthony is perfect for her. Both JLO and Marc are cheaters and adulturers with no morals. Marc degraded and disgraced his former wife and the mother of his children and is just as calculating and self-centered as JLO is. Ben Affleck did right when he got away from that woman.

And their music is targeted to completely different audiences. The only thing they have in common is their reputations as divas (off-stage), and maybe that is what causes some people to compare them. But in that case, Mariah has been compared to every successful female artist, so it’s not like it means much.
