They became close knit on the last season of American Idol, as such it’s only fitting that the show’s cast band together in this newly released promo shot for its upcoming instalment.
Judge Jennifer Lopez, who takes centre stage in the snap, will no doubt be hoping this season of the Fox hit gives a greater boost than her last outing. For, (last series) helped comeback single ‘On The Floor’ garner smash status, while its accompanying LP ‘Love?’ smashed straight into the ground when it flopped upon release. Here’s hoping she fares better this go round. After all, she still has ‘it’ in abundance.

I love, LOVE? American with Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler…. they were great additions to freshen up the show and make it more young IMO.
Tho, I am NOT a fan of this shot. Liek someones said it does look kind of Mall-like, amateur… Last years pics, looked liek they were a bit mroe costly, but not super crazy expensive.
THAT being said, I also agree with someone elese above… American Idol revamped with Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler was a MILLION times better than X Factor US.
