    For the past few years I’ve been spoiled by you on late Thanksgiving nights/early Black Friday mornings. Each year on this day, you have given us a Tour DVD that we highly appreciate. So far that it seems, “Live At Revel” isn’t coming out tonight and I’m…upset to say the least. I feel like my reason for going to Wal-Mart tonight is about to be stripped away from me.         You guys want new music? This is exactly what I said about “4″ on the last B post; the music couldn’t carry itself. I don’t think B fans really appreciate true music which is why they want what’s “Hot” rather than what’s quality. In the early stages of your career a new album every year or two is understandable to build a good fanbase, be diverse and not be strapped down to one specific era; young people need to see you growing and changing with them. In year 15 of your career however, the mere fact that you’ve lasted so long goes to show that you are either smart like Madonna or really talented like an MJ/JJ. Bey has some of both sides. She should be actually GROWING as an artist, not being “inspired” to “borrow (steal)” songwriting credits/ideas from every new artist that comes out (Shakira, Gaga, Frank Ocean, Miguel). You can’t buy credibility.

        To see Bey stans demanding more music after only 15 months since the last record debuted goes to show that they are vapid too and want hype (something to buzz about like a good hive) rather than real artistry. Real artists can release every 4/5 years and still be relevant. Before you start the “Rihanna” accusations, let’s not act like Rih pretends to write all her own stuff and behaves as if she’s divine. Beyonce sells air…and her blind stans buy it!

        Here’s a prediction: Bey will to some degree become a lot more immersed in motherhood as she begins to finally understand what’s important in life and her “HIVE” won’t like the fact their “Queen” is being unproductive. Do you know what bees do to the queen when they’re done with her? I pray Beyonce wakes up and takes Jay-Z off the “Throne” and puts Jesus back on it!

        You totally contradict though, the whole purpose of Beyonces 4 was not to make ‘Hot’ chart hits hence why the singles didn’t chart as high, she said it herself she wasn’t going for that with this album. To me, that was one of her albums with the MOST quality because it had more depth to it. I Am Sasha Fierce was the complete opposite. You are totally overanalysing a bunch of hungry fans from the wrong perspective its simple, when you stan for someone, you wanna getcholife as much as possible end of story and not EVERY Beyonce fan feels the same way as these couple of fans comments on a blog site. Its got nothing to do with music carrying itself bla bla bla bla. As soon as you mentioned Rihannas name the way you did I saw shade I am not stupid. So I switched off from your comment having credibilty because you are clearly biased and would rather focus on the mistakes Beyonce has made in her career rather than positives and all her accomplishments. Her fans can feel the growth in her music from her voice, to the content to the genre thats all that matters and she embodies an artist that takes time on her music and direction she wants to go hence why she has only had 4 albums out after how many years as a solo artist. You won’t understand because you are not a fan of hers and at the end of the day its the fans that essentially keep an artists career alive not people like you.You took a simple discussion from a bunch of fans and blew it wayyyy out of proportion. And nobody cares about your predictions unless you are sitting there with a crystal ball its doesn’t hold any more value than a stan saying shes going to utterly tear it up next year.

        You have a point but do you REALLY believe Beyonce wasn’t going for commercial success with “4″ when she popped up just about everywhere except MJB’s Burger King table to promote it? She released a new video nearly every week at one point and threw together quick performances like Roseland and Revel Beach to keep the album relevant.

        I can tell you someone who didn’t have to act OTT to get sales, Adele who slayed everyone last year with fried vocal chords and few performances.

        B has made many advances; I actually can’t stand DIL, B’day was only marginally better. It’s IASF that I think has the strongest tracklist of any of her albums and “4″ which I think paints her in a better light (less sleaze).

        Also, to go back to your original point, Beyonce went for the lyrically shallow and arrogant “Run the World” as the lead single and look how that turned out. She defo was after mass success repeating a suped up “Single Ladies” formula and it backfired. I liked the song btw!

        First of all, of course she wants commercial success for the ALBUM shes a mainstreaim artist so all albums need promotion if you want it to sell, which she obviously does. What I said was she wasn’t going for the typical pop sounding chart hits which is pretty obvious she was just experimenting. Theres a difference between making a hot right now album to slaughter the charts single by single and a commercially successful album as a collective. And she released a new video every week because she was having a baby its not rocket science that she understandably wanted to get it all out there so she could go on break for a few months. Beyonce has a big fanbase that still expect a certain amount from her because of the type of popstar she is, thats why she released videos for those songs and put on those shows, did you really think she was going to just leave her fans in the dark after a year off? Here you again, comparing her someone to make your point seem stronger: Adele is a completley different artists with different style, principles and expections its does not make sense to compare them just because they are both big singers. And your point about the albums, is your opinion so lets leave it there. And yes RTW was the lead single so what? That DOES go back to my original point of Beyonces experimental attitude with this album because she SAMPLED that track (not STOLE) from a song thats in the underground genre of bashment. And yes it didn’t do that well (things like that do happen to artists) that shows trial and error. Doesn’t change the fact the album was a different route for Beyonce as the all the other songs on the album prove as well. Rather Die Young, Party, One plus One, Love on Top, Schoolin’Life etc are all subugenres that are not typical which, as a fan, you can tell was her passion rather than what she felt she had to do, like Sasha Fierce.

        I’m a sub-fan of Beyonce. I have IASF and 4, I took B’day back as I thought it was trash. Still have it on my laptop though. Well, it’s kinda funny how her name turns up on the credits of “Run the World” as both writer and producer and the other producer, Diplo had his name taken off…awkward. What exacty did she “produce” on it?

        As for saying that because she was pregnant she wanted to get it all “out there”, that argument doesn’t really hold water. Being pregnant, giving birth and seeing the child into their first few months of childhood where they get used to their parent’s faces, scents, voices etc is around 12-15 months. The sensible thing to do then would have been to stretch the releases of these videos over a year period and she could be on the final two releases (videos) now. Instead, it’s like “Quick, I’m doing Superbowl! Get me some writers and producers for my new album so it can drop in time.”

        I respect your views and thanks for the interaction. I just can’t see Beyonce as anything else except desperate with this “new project”. Hopefully I’ll be wrong; I want a good, strong record from her, but a decade of solo albums has proven otherwise.

        LOL I just read through these long ass comments (quite interesting actually haha) and I don’t even stan for Bey like that but overall I gotta agree with @KC. Too many people love to harp on the credits thing and have built up this ‘idea’ of what they think Beyonce is like because of couple mistakes shes made. Everyone is shady in that industry in one way or another anyway as ‘real’ as some people like to keep it. Releasing videos still involes work, I bet if she was releasing them after the baby people would be like ‘oh look at her, she just can’t give anyone else the limelight’ or ‘I thought she had a baby, why is she still releasing videos’ bla bla bla. I can understand why she did that before the baby was born, it gives time for to settle before a new era. And as for taking time off, my cousin went back to work after 6 months and shes not a bad parent so lets not dictate what to do as a parent. I sure as hell know if I was doing superbowl I would take advantage of that kind of promo to release an album, I think shes been slowly working on this album since around spring time anyway. Like I said, I don’t stan for Bey, Ri or any of those girls like that but I keep track of what they do and out of all them I respect Beyonces work ethic the most.

        I don’t even like Beyonce but @Beyonce’s Weave has GOT TO BE one of the most disgusting, contrived, and horrendous Navi member out there. He acts like Beyonce killed his whole family! According to him, everything is Beyonce’s fault: there is a hurricane in the north…oh it must be Beyonce’s fault; there is a robbery in my neighborhood, it must be Beyonce’s fault, etc…He is BEYOND ridiculous.     Why is there so much hate on this site for beyonce. Not that i no her personally but she seems like a really nice woman who wouldnt say a bad word about anyone. She does nothing wrong and yet all this hate. Is it jelously?       I Love Beyonce , sometimes i shade her to death and sometimes i give her credits , the problem is her stans are just annoying and so judgmental and use Her to talk down about other fans of other artists , that’s why she get hated on , she’s being used , or more specifically , her achievements as an artist !

      not that the navy are angels , they can get stupid too , but we all need to get over this shit , those artists give us their lives and do the best they can to ENTERTAIN us , we should be grateful anyway.

Look, here are the facts, Beyonce is a bitch, she has been stealing from song-writers since Destiny’s Child (where her and her crooked Father screwed Latoya, Farrah and Latavia out of their money). Beyonce is a fake, thieving, fraud, conceited, fat, ugly, fame hungry bitch who needs to jump in front of a speeding bus.

        Beyonce is the worst thing to happen to music since Vanilla Ice, she releases her trashy ghetto music like the whole B’Day catalogue (save for irreplaceable which she stole) and her fans go on a rampage trash talking anyone who is a threat to BeYAWNce. This bitch and her fans started trashing Rihanna since Good Girl Gone Bad (which slayed B’Day btw) and they have the audacity to complain about all the hate Beyonce gets and rightfully deserves for her shady nasty behavior and antics in the music business.

        Rihanna is the answer to the woes of Latavia, Latoya, Farrah and many song-writers and producers like The Dream, Ne-Yo, BC Jean, Des’ree and many others Beyonce has screwed over.

        The fact remains Beyonce’s star power has faded, and since RnB has all but withered and died, she’ll be getting cosy with Keri Hilson, Brandy, Ciara and all the other RnB flops. She deserves all the hate she gets, period.

      The dark butting is a crime against the psyche and this is what the Knowles clan have doled out and this proposition that Beyonce is the 1 and only.

      None of them need to be worshipped or idolized, it is the industry in overdrive, it should be about the music and everything else secondary.
