Yes, less than an hour after bringing down the house at Super Bowl 2013, reports have emerged baring news that Beyonce is to headline this year’s Rock In Rio outing!

“The American singer Beyoncé confirmed on Sunday evening, his participation in the 2013 edition of Rock in Rio, to be held on 13-22 September at the Athletes’ Park, West Zone of the City. The diva, who was in Brazil for concerts in 2010, was one of the most voted in the poll organized by the festival. She will be the main attraction of the festival’s opening night – since it was occupied by Sting and Rihanna in the past two Rock in Rio in 2001 and 2011, respectively.
The announcement came the same night that the singer was responsible for the show at the Super Bowl halftime, the decision of the football league, at the Superdome in New Orleans. Beyoncé joins Bruce Springsteen, Metallica, Iron Maiden and Muse at gas main gig one night of the festival, which, like 2011, will be held in seven days, 13-15 and 19-22 September.”
