    What???
This is really a surprise to me. For some strange reason I was fearing she wasn´t going to release anything anymore. Hope to enjoy the album very much, as much as I did with born to Die for the most part. I think she needs to try new things though. Her dark lyrics and obsession with old men can´t bring great and exciting music forever. Just some new lyrics girl.

It will flop can’t wait for Rosie meltdowns.

Good for her. We need more people who aren’t doing this cookie cutter generic radio fodder. BTD was refreshing and much needed in an industry of much ‘sameness’. IMO Even the ‘Pop’ girls couldn’t even put out quality “Pop” music. I don’t know how far she’ll stray from the dark lyrics as I think she’s got more stories to tell but as an avid R&B, PoP etc fan I’ll be buying just like her last, because I know and so do many many others that her last effort was quality.

You tried it calling other people “cookie cutter generic radio fodder” when her only hit is a song remixed for radio BYEEEE

  5. ENOUGH ONIKA (NEW & IMPROVED) December 5, 2013

    Lana…those lips ma’am…

  6. Tell It December 5, 2013

And if the album hadn’t scanned platinum WW maybe that would be a problem – but it did – so having one radio hit isn’t an issue. Whichever way you cut it, the music was quality. Now some of these others broads…… -_- No. Just no.

    I respect her art .. She’s unique
She is not trying hard to be like other basic h***
She not trying to be mainstream ..
YET, her work is fantastic both musically and visually
AND imo she is so underrated
I can’t wait for her new music
I want to hear something like “young and beautiful”
    all the best Lana 🙂

PEOPLE R FUNNY SHE SOLD 5 MILLION WORLWIDE WHO CARE ABOUT THE # OF 99 CENTS HITS SHE HAS????

  14. Rosie December 5, 2013

A mess at the haters perched in here calling her a flop. No “flop” has sold 5 million worldwide of her album in 2012, was the 2nd most streamed female artist on Spotify US in 2013 or was the second most talked about female of the year worldwide according to Google.
But ULTRAVIOLENCE. YES queen. Sounds so epic!

but who the f*** gives s*** about spotify rosie? NEXT!

    Album of 2014 is coming!!!

  17. FutureCIARA December 5, 2013

    Kiiiii

    The rush to stay relevant!
Lorde is still snatching her career in this lane. She needs to hang it up if she doesn’t come with a complete and total new look and new sound!

That s*** she calls Trip-Hop is a flop!!!!

Next time she should focus on American audiences and Booking stages if she wants to stay in this business. Because America still barely knows this girl, and she’s been out a long time now. It’s no T or shade.

  18. FutureCIARA December 5, 2013

Her nose after a few more procedures will start to give very Michael Jackson.

True Stan’s of hers would tell her to leave the doctors office and pain killers alone, infecting music with her depressive sound and lyrics.

The goth children and rave cutters can keep her, cause we don’t want her.

  19. FutureCIARA December 5, 2013

Rosie BIITCH, Cut us a FUCKINGG Break already.

    SPOTIFY??????? GOOGLE????????

Seriously, Stop giving these lame and irrelevant, second place accolades as if they are award and ground breaking stats.

Your reach is desperate and TIRED, And your artist still has 0 Grammys.

Ms.Thing, North West and Baby Blue Ivy got more Google searches than this b****, So PLEASE CUT YOUR BULL SHITT!!!

And ‘Ultraviolence’ is nothing to lose your panties over, In fact it came from a Marvel movie that came out in 2006 titled “Ultraviolet”. All Lana did was replace Violet with Violence. Like she did with Born To Live > Born To Die.
This is not brilliance its the same BASIC AF, depressing, switched around titles!

Absolute DEATH at FutureCedric’s failed attempt at coming for Ultraviolence. It’s a “Clockwork Orange” reference, this was already discussed a million times by everyone, and “Ultraviolent” wasn’t even Marvel. Not to mention it was critically panned.
Stop trying to pretend you’re a film buff because your post CLEARLY shows how uninformed you are about these things.

  22. Rosie December 6, 2013

And not Spotify “not mattering” when it’s the biggest music streaming service in the world. Some of you were bragging about Pandora receipts when Pandora is only available in about 2 or 3 countries. Spotify is global and is available in every major music market. And dead at Google not mattering all of a sudden.
And keep bragging about Cierror’s feature Grammy, no one mentions it or cares just like no one cares about Britney’s one dance Grammy.

  23. FutureCIARA December 6, 2013

Gurl, a Grammy is a Grammy. So #StopYourShit!!!!!!

  24. CARMEN (ULTRAVIOLENCE – 2014) December 6, 2013

lmao dead @ the c squad riding Lorde’s coat tail to shade Lana. they know theyre basic fave could only dream of touching Lana/Lorde. they should worry abt their flopping fave’s basic ass career. Ultraviolence will slay and the c squad stays pressed
