I love her. Give her one more year and I guarantee her and Nicki will had collaborated and be the only two females running hip hop.

      Looool. Keep dreaming sister.

  2. ROSEGOLD April 2, 2014

    She does nothing for me.

  3. Dev April 2, 2014

She seems like she has a nice personality but i cant get with her music and she looks better in print

  4. Lana Del Slay April 2, 2014

The fact that people compare her to Nicki is a joke. She hasn’t put in half of the work Nicki has.

    • Iconic Iggy April 2, 2014

How has she not put in work? Biggest joke I’ve heard all day.

It’s obvious that the general public is not interested, even if she is white. Nicki has a chokehold on female rap

    • Zave April 2, 2014

Why do y’all think nicki is raps messiah?? Remember KIM FELL FROM GRACE TOO…have a seat

      • WeAreLambily April 2, 2014

The difference between Nicki and Kim is that Nicki is in complete control of her career and is too proud to let herself go downhill. Plus, she’s just much better at rapping than Iggy AND Kim.

Its obvious the general public is interested. Why else would Fancy be in the top 20 on rhythmic radio, gaining on pop, and rising on iTunes.

They spent the 90% of the interview asking her about her personal life and relationships. smh and her dumb just kept going on.. This is why no one is taking her music serious.

  7. Iconic Iggy April 2, 2014

Good interview. So happy to see Iggy winning on all fronts. Vogue magazine, boyfriend, album dropping soon, Fancy dominating rhythmic radio and rising on pop radio & iTunes, and getting pushed properly by her label. Sorry haters, but Iggy is going nowhere but up. You can try to pretend like no one takes her music seriously or that people aren’t checking for her but the stats are saying otherwise.

I really like her! Her & Nicki are definitely my favorite female rappers on the scene currently! From day one I thought Iggy had a great style and now I see a great attitude to match. I wish her success on her album’s debut week.

Iggy is just a trash rapper regardless. Nicki has talent, AND has put in way more work. Nicki didn’t get signed until her 3rd mixtape, she didn’t put out her album until she actually had years of experience and has been around it or years. Iggy randomly moved to the US and somehow managed to step her way onto the scene. Nicki put in years of work, improved her craft and failed over and over until she made it. Iggy got here because she is white and pretty. Honestly she’s a s*** rapper, even TI knows this I’m sure. He probably saw a mediocre rapper and a marketable persona

    • Iconic Iggy April 2, 2014

Lmao Iggy is far from being trash. Just because she doesn’t rely on punch lines like every other rapper doesn’t mean she cant rap. If T.I thought she wasn’t good, why would he eagerly want to executive produce her album? He wouldn’t have gone through so many hoops to sign her when there are other more marketable and established girls out to be signed. Face the facts. She’s good and you know it. And please explain how moving to a foreign country on the other side of the planet by yourself at 16 isn’t putting in work? She worked her ass off here to make a living here so she can stay and pursue a career here. Iggy dropped a mix tape and had features with underground artists before she got signed fyi. The difference is that Nicki started rapping in the early 2000s when internet wasn’t as prominent. Today we have YouTube where thousands of people upload original content hoping to be signed. Saying Iggy hasn’t put in work is a ridiculous reason to hate. How many attractive chicks rap on YouTube? She had to stand out.
