Christmas is just one week away, but JoJo is spreading Holiday cheer early.
The pint-sized powerhouse sprung a surprise on fans tonight with the release of a new free EP titled ‘#LoveJoJo2.’
Boasting production from the likes of Noisecastle III, JordanXL and Austin Brown, the set (which is a sequel of sorts to 2014’s ‘Love JoJo’) is comprised of a cover of Soul II Soul‘s ‘Back To Life,’ and a super turnt up trap-mix of ‘When Love Hurts’ (which is juxtaposed with paired with Mary J. Blige‘s ‘Real Love.’
Also present is piano led ballad ‘Thinking Out Loud’ and a dalliance with retro Dance, which like the project more broadly is ‘Right On Time.’

She slays I really want her to win the remix to when love hurts slays the original kinda should’ve been the original lol anyway I feel bad because tori Kelly came along and kind of took the lane jojo would’ve slayed I hope she makes it I’m sure gonna support her
I’ve been a fan from the beginning and I was happy to meet JoJo on her current tour. What she gave during that show, however, was more consistent than what she’s offering on this EP. I really don’t think these songs are the right direction for her. The only one that works is Thinkin Out Loud. The last thing she should want to do is confuse people about her image and sound. Unfortunately, I think she’s already done that and the numbers show it.
I know im in super Code Red mode but will defo listen to this.
Glad she making more moves. She just got to keep churning out music so her face is seen.
