The hard-hitting cut is lifted from the Detroit native’s new double disc album ‘SHADYXV’, which will see one CD serve as a greatest hits and the other as an original LP.

Fresh from performing at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, Usher already has set the wheels in motion for his new tour.

The trek, which will set sail in support of his upcoming new album, follows 2013’s cancelled ‘Euphoria Tour’ – which was halted before it started due to the singer’s commitments as a judge on ‘The Voice’.

It would appear the star has no distractions this go round. Because, having teased the jaunt last night in video form, he has announced the first cities the show will be heading to.

Nicki Minaj is on cloud 9 following last night’s MTV Video Music Awards.

The rapper performed ‘Anaconda’ and ‘Bang Bang’ alongside Jessie J and Ariana Grande to much praise, however it appears a touching off-stage moment also has her elated.

Overcome with gratitude, the femcee took to Instagram to share a snap of the gift her ‘Flawless (Remix)’ comrade Beyonce presented to her backstage at the VMA’s last night.

As any avid VMA fan will know, the main event is at times nowhere near as interesting as footage pulled from cameras placed backstage.

The highlight of last night’s stream? The accidental meeting of rappers Nicki Minaj and Iggy Azalea, who bumped into each other as Minaj filmed a piece for the show’s parent network and as the ‘Fancy‘ rapper made her way out of its venue following Miley Cyrus‘ ‘Video of the Year‘ win.

For the last 30 years, Mr. Ken Erlich has delivered many an unforgettable moment as the producer of the Grammy Awards, tasked with delivering a bigger, bolder and breathtaking show with every passing year.

Now, after reports revealed that the National Football League  was to accept financial contributions from artists who hoped to book their iconic halftime show spot, Erlich has weighed in on the matter, after Katy Perry and Rihanna were named as the two female acts most likely to rock next year’s event.

While fans are still abuzz at Beyonce‘s epic 2014 MTV VMA album medley performance, the other performance queen of the night was undoubtedly Nicki Minaj.  Gracing the stage a whopping three times (once by herself, next with Ariana Grande and Jessie J, and then again with Usher), the ‘Moment For Life’ maestra certainly had her fair share of memorable moments from tonight’s showing.

With not even an uncomfortable wardrobe malfunction proving itself strong enough to stand in her way, Minaj maneuvered her way through the series of performances to the sounds of fans cheering in person and via social media.  One such fan, songstress K. Michelle, was particularly proud as she tweeted:

That salute did not fall on deaf ears however.  Shortly after the tweet made its way across the net, angered Lil’ Kim fans came to the defense of their ‘How Many Licks’ hero – a move that caught the attention of the Queen Bee herself.
