1st Annual BET Honors

The 1st Annual BET Honors were held this past Saturday in Washington D.C. Homage was paid to celebrated blacks from differing fields of work. The honorees were Tyra Banks (Media), Alicia Keys (Entertainment), Dr. Cornel West (Inspirational/Education), Richard Parsons (Corporate), the Honorable Maxine Waters (Government) and CEO Janice Bryant Howroyd (Entrepreneur).
Actor / comdian Cedric The Entertainer hosted the show which will air on the network on February 22nd. Performers on the night included, Ne-Yo, Jill Scott, John Legend, Wyclef, and Raheem DeVaughn.

    Congrats to the honorees looks like a classy event. Everyone tried to up their game. Keyshia’s tattoos should be a warning to everyone not to get all those big tats everywhere. Love Alicia’s dress, the hair is a little to big but I think it fits her, makes her look elegant. Tyra looks like Tyra. Is Jill hooked up with that dude, he is so cute.

    Everyone is looking good.. Keyshia looks lovely.. tattoos are like a part of someone today all the ladies and gents got em big small whateva.. there is meaning behind Keyshia’s tattoo that is dear to her and I think when she got it .. it was not for a fashion statement some things we do are just for us
