I did not enjoy Minaj’s delivery on the record at long. For a song that was so well-framed by a catchy hook, memorable melody and knocking beat, she sounded quite bored and basically talked her way through the song. Hopefully this is indeed a mixtape cut and not intended for her ‘Pink Friday’ album (in stores on November 22).

i think she sounds alright – not boring at all. she’s trying a different flow – i rate that. she aint trying to sound like foxy or kim, its all good. lame sound, but decent delivery from nicki

The beat has a nice underground, hip-hop, electronic sound. It definitely sounds like a song for a mixtape. It’s funny how this is considered “boring” when this IS HOW SHE REALLY RAPS! I’m tired of people judging Nicki’s credibility when they haven’t even heard her mixtapes. She has a sick a** flow and clever lyrics. Is this how y’all wannna hear her rap instead of her animated voices? Cuz if it is, she’s not going to have Top 20 singles that almost reach the top 10 anymore or be recognized on white entertainment shows such as Access Entertainment.
