It’s been one day since JoJo‘s comeback effort ‘Disaster’ hit iTunes, and the Pop hurricane of a track is already rocketing up the charts.
Not that we’re surprised, as it seamlessly picks up where the sublime ‘Too Little Too Late’ left off back in 2006.
It appears the 20 year old’s fans in her hometown of Boston agree, following the rapturous response they gave her live rendition of the track during her set at the House of Blues there last night.

Most of the performance was amazing.She was nailing it for the most part, but at some point she started oversinging, which was not very well exectued, but it’s one of the first live performances of the song, so she’ll slay the next couple of shows!I am SOOOO glad ‘Disaster’ is doing so well on iTunes!!

The reason why she lipped that note is because she was sick two weeks ago. I don’t think her voice has recovered all the way which is way she had to lip that high note. The sound man also messed up because when he switched the backtrack on he turned her mic off too late.

Yeah JoJo Didnt hit the high notes because her voice is still recovering from being sick. I think she did good though.
She only used the backtrack for the BIG run, EVERYTHING else was AMAZING!! These vocals, I JUST CAN’T! INSANE! But they did f*** up because the backing track for the run was so OBVIOUS (imagines JoJo saying “someones getting fired” like Beyonce LMAO!)

And Disaster being 59 in a day and a half with no promo, no radio play and only off a moderately successful name that hasn’t released music – let alone been relevant – in 5 years is a freakin’ miracle.
She’s going to have to market herself like a new artist again; getting an adds date and going on a tour of radio stations to get it added to playlists. Then it will shoot up.

“DISASTER” IS NOTHING LIKE ‘TOO LITTLE TOO LATE’. ITS AN OK SONG. BUT I LIKE HER REMIX TO ‘MARVIN ROOM’ SHE WENT IN ON THAT SHH.
