Nothing better to accompany a new cd, aptly titled ‘New Life’, than a new ‘do. Such was clearly the forethought of ‘For You I Will’ wailer Monica. Moments ago the multiplatinum diva gifted fans with a sneak peek of her new look, courtesy of famed hairstylist Kim Kimble.
The shot surfaces days before the singer rejoins fellow R&B belle Brandy for a live performance of their new cut ‘It All Belongs To Me’ at Clive Davis’ annual ‘Pre-Grammy Gala’. The performance will come as the first time the two have joined forces on stage in almost 4 years.

I have noticed that Monica gets bored very quickly when it comes to her hair. She loves to flip colors and styles. Fortunately she can wear most colors. Repeat style, but her colors are dark at the top and light at the bottom. In Dec she wore the opposite.

I think Monica looks best with jet black hair and with a short do (even though she looked her very best on the ‘Love All over me’ single cover with it long on one side). Brandy looks hot with edgy hair. Anything that looks exotic, whether she’s rocking a long braid or even if its straight and long like Pocahontas it always suits her. The picture that their both in is very nice.
