Grammy winning gospel songstress Le’andria Johnson set the net ablaze hours ago when messages were lifted to her Twitter slamming Music World Gospel label head/famed manager Matthew Knowles (father of pop superstar Beyonce) for being a “crook”.
The original message (which has now been removed) was accompanied with a phone number soliciting media requests for interviews. As word quickly spread across the Web and courted the attention of secular and gospel outlets alike, it appears the ‘Sunday Best’ champion’s team is trying to shut down the story.

“A recent posting has appeared on Ms. Johnson’s Twitter account which alleged that Mr. Knowles of Music World is a “crook”. Ms. Johnson did not post the message on her Twitter account. A disgruntled associate has admitted to the posting and will be disciplined.” – rep for Leandria Johnson

MusicWorld artists are also BANNED from the largest urban radio company RADIO ONE because of Knowles’ bad business dealings. His label frontliners Micah Stampley and Trinitee 5:7 ran from their contracts and were released from them. LeAndria is trying to run from hers. He LOST the Sunday Best winner deal to Kirk Franklin’s label because of artist complaints and possible lawsuits against BET/Viacom. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Music World is a sinking ship.
