Weeks removed from the surprise release of her fifth studio album, ‘Beyonce’, it has been revealed that the chart-topping set is on-course to become her longest reigning number one LP in the US.

According to Billboard, the visual album is almost guaranteed to top their Billboard 200 tally for the third week running, with additional sales in the ball park of 250,000.
The LP, which features cuts such as ‘Drunk In Love’, ‘XO’, and ‘Partition’, sold a whopping 991,000 copies in the US alone in the 10 days following its December 3rd arrival. As such, the current figure easily pushes North American sales way past the 1 million mark.
