Hers has been one of the singles of the year without a doubt: it had quality and brought something fresh and also had the success.
Btw have the grammys ever been this early? in January?

  2. idgi January 7, 2014

So the walking dead is performing live, thanks for the warning. I’ll be sure to skip it.

  3. FutureCIARA January 7, 2014

How exciting, Even if she doesn’t walk with her Grammys, this is big news for her.

But Im pretty sure she’s snatching a couple Grammy’s….. Lana will be in the back of the room seething dahling!!

  4. FutureCIARA January 7, 2014

With that said, they better have some actual REAL performers to tear the house down, Because Ive seen Lorde live, and its really nothing to throw your panties at.

We all know ratings have been down for televised award shows for a few years now, Hopefully the Grammy’s have a few surprises up their sleeves…..

OMG, What if Whitney (The iCON) Houston comes back and does a live performance!!!!??

Now that would SLAAAAAAAAAAY all award shows and our favs!!

  5. Suicide Blonde January 7, 2014

She’s talented but so f****** overrated.

  6. YES January 7, 2014

  7. Career Ender January 7, 2014

    Lana >>> Lorde

Why people D riding this lana’s lessor?

Her music is trash compared to Lana’s

  8. shauwndapooh January 7, 2014

Y? I thought from the way she talked in interviews she had an extraordinary talent but she’s just extra-extra-ordinary
@future ciara don’t worry about lana worry about y ciara has to become a baby mama to stay just a little relevant

  9. Mya January 7, 2014

    I hope Beyonce does

  10. BEYONCÉ January 7, 2014

She looks old. She can’t be 16. I’m only here for the queen

  11. The truth Hurts January 7, 2014

Hmm I’m not really surprised. She’s not AWFUL but she’ll never be on the level of lana. Without the US she would be nothing outside of Oceania . Roughly 50-60 % of her sales are from US whereas only roughly 20% of born to die sales come from the US. Pure Heroine will never sell as well as Born to Die and is only a moderate success thus far. Lana is primed to blow up in the US providing there isn’t another SNL type debacle and ULTRAVIOLENCE is good (which it will be), with US support Lana will have a good shot at outselling Born to Die by a large margin. Lorde’s attitude on the other hand is putting people off and if she continues to do those possessed demon performances then it will hurt her image, the whole ‘ONLY SEVENTEEN!’ and ‘angst ridden teenager that moans about things’ gimmick is wearing thin too.

    ^^^ me I mis-typed my email

  13. Lovebird January 7, 2014

Her music is amazing, her album is amazing and she’s insanely talented.

    Glad to see her success.

  14. ,. January 7, 2014

i don’t hate her but you are right, walking dead sums her up so perfectly, she is mad creepy she looks good in that pic with the crown though.

  15. RICHIE_RICH January 7, 2014

I like her. She is giving FACE in the pic above!!!!!!!!!!

  16. Owen January 7, 2014

That’s not her in that picture

  17. Jay Scorpio Navy General January 7, 2014

YAWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is boring as FCUK i’m sure they grammys can do better than dis #BasicBytch

  18. Britney Stan January 7, 2014

And what level is Lana on? im confused

  19. Rosie January 7, 2014

Death at @FutureCiara seething so early in this post. Let me know when Cierror can win something as a lead artist other than a BET Award.
And yas at @The Truth Hurts’ actual truth. Borde’s album is already getting outsold by Born To Die in most of continental Europe. She’s nothing without the US/Australia/New Zealand, where around 70-80% of her worldwide sales come from. And Team is flopping harder than Video Games worldwide so it looks like that won’t be helping, either.
@S****** Stan Has S****** Jeans sold 400K worldwide yet?

  20. Molly January 7, 2014

Yaaaass Lorde when will Lana be performing at the grammys? guess they not trying to have their audiences ears bleed.

  21. anonymous January 7, 2014

Congrats Lorde can’t wait. Now If only they can get Tamar Braxton to perform and John Legend.

  22. Molly January 7, 2014

No one wants to see struggle Braxton @Anonymous sorry

  23. Lana Del Bey January 7, 2014

I have Lordes album and it’s a solid piece of work but she will never in a million years be better than queen lana, don’t try it Molly, ciara will never see another stage unless it the BET stage

  24. Rosie January 7, 2014

I wouldn’t be surprised if Grammy ratings plummeted this year, there’s like no huge performances to look forward to except Daft Punk, and all the collaborations they came up with this year are a joke.
I mean, Kendrick Lamar with f****** Imagine Dragons? Seriously?

  25. ABC (the ORIGINAL) January 7, 2014

    People still watch The Grammys?

  26. anonymous January 7, 2014

@Molly nobody wants to hear Flopera’s struggling vocals either sorry. has she ever even performed at the Grammys??? At least Tamar’s going to the grammys. be seated.

  27. Yea January 7, 2014

rihanna and eminem *shakira* need to be added!
