  3. Proud-Arianator July 7, 2014

I love Queen Ariana but I really don’t like this song

I support this girl 100% because she is carrying the flag for the next generation of vocalist. But this is a huge step backwards. Lyrically, this sounds like Katy Perry’s Part of Me and production wise its generic and dated. This is beneath her and every way. She’s falling into the same path Demi Lovato fell in, not caring about improving her craft and bringing something groundbreaking but focusing on getting a hit. I blame stans tbh. We get caught up in the charts and focus on that more then the actual music far too often.

Nope, not into that 2010 EDM mess.

    • CherylSoldier July 7, 2014

Just saw that try again just went SILVER in the UK. Absolute death. Your girl is no icon. She’s f****** local. You tried it!

      • Mark111 July 7, 2014

“In the United Kingdom, “Try Again” debuted and peaked at number five on the UK Singles Chart on July 16, 2000―for the week ending July 22, 2000[12]―while staying in the top seventy-five of the chart for twelve weeks.[12]

“Try Again” also achieved commercial success elsewhere in Europe, peaking within the top five on the charts in Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, and Switzerland.[6] In Germany, the song peaked at number five on the German Singles Chart.[13]

In Australia, the song reached number eight on the ARIA Singles Chart.[14] It became the country’s fifty-first best-selling song of 2000.[15]”

        Sit hooker. _/

I didn’t see any f****** sales in that essay. You tried lmao. Your girls biggest hit literally just sold 200k in her second biggest market? Absolute death.

  6. Nicki is queen July 7, 2014

Why does she need all those features? Not confident enough? But anyway I kinda like this song not sure if it’s gonna be a hit tho

  7. JOHNVIDAL July 7, 2014

The song is so bland. Seriously, nowadays people like Bruno Mars (to mention a person mainstream audiences use nowadays) seem like Michael Jackson, Prince or Queen compared to all this basicness. Sad. Not to mention the industry is disappearing.

    • CherylSoldier July 7, 2014

Didn’t Celine literally copy diamonds with that loved me back to life beat? And not to mention mariah with thirsty. Sit down.

      • JOHNVIDAL July 7, 2014

You are talking about people who have done it all and are not considered current (for nowadays brainwashed mainstream audiences that is). You have to learn how to compare things hun 🙂

      • CherylSoldier July 7, 2014

If they’re still releasing music and still vying for commercial success it’s very relevant babe. Both obviously care or they wouldn’t have adopted sounds that they thought would be radio friendly. Try again babe.

  8. OMG Logic! July 7, 2014

What can I say about this basic girl that hasn’t already been said?

  9. Belladonna1363 July 7, 2014

I hate that Urban fans always think just because someone does EDM they don’t care about there music? EDM is an amazing genre & Im happy its as big as it is now. People say its so 2010 yet Aviice’s Song A Wake was one of the biggest songs of last year & Calvin Harris new song Summer is blowing up everywhere & TurnDownForWhat is one of the biggest songs of the year & the EDM group Discloser song with Sam Smith is in the Top10 on iTunes. EDM is great music just like R&B & Hip-Hop & its here to stay. Ariana is going to do amazing this year mark my words.

I hate when people say oh edm is so 2010. I actually like the song. Even though it sounds like a demi levato/katy perry drop off. Its cute for her and im sure ut will sell well. Yeah its dated but its catchy. These days catchy is all you need.
