The Weeknd is officially the man to beat on the charts.

As if dominating the top 10 for most of the summer with hits ‘The Hills’ and ‘Earned It’ wasn’t enough, he’s now added ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ – his first #1 single on the Hot 100 – to the bunch.  Yes, he may have known temporary dethronement last week as Justin Bieber‘s comeback single ‘What Do You Mean’ knocked ‘Face’ from the top spot…but that was then.

Roaring back to the perch of the Hot 100, The Weeknd’s return is accompanied by news his sophomore LP ‘Beauty Behind the Madness’ will probably enjoy a third week at #1 on the Billboard 200.  The feat makes him the first solo male artist in history to simultaneously be #1 on the Artist 100, Hot 100, and Billboard 200.

The Weeknd‘s “Can’t Feel My Face” rebounds 2-1 for a third nonconsecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It replaces Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?,” which falls 1-3 after debuting atop the chart last week. Meanwhile,The Weeknd claims the Hot 100’s top two spots, as “The Hills” rises 3-2, making him the first act to rank at Nos. 1 and 2 simultaneously, as a lead act on both songs, since 2009.  (source)

Simply put:  the dude is winning.  See the full chart check below to see what we mean:

I’m still pissed off as hell about what that self-hating baboon dared to even open up his mouth and say about black women. He must’ve forgotten that his parents are black. Tired of these fools selling their souls for a little relevance and quick fame.

The charts are dreadful; wtf happened to pop music? Kii at the best songs being either Abel or some random Vine/Urban hits from Fetty Wap or whoever.
About the charts: Lana is about to flop with this rushed ass album, mess. Especially if that Futute/Drake mixtape actually goes up for sale on iTunes tomorrow, she won’t even debut at #1. Honeymoon doesn’t even have a Metacritic page, that’s how big of a nonevent it is.

The Weeknd is winning big-time right now. By hitting #1 for the third time in a single chart run (meaning the song’s run at #1 was interrupted twice), Can’t Feel My Face joins an elite group: Le Freak by Chic, Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis, Whatever You Like and Live Your Life by T.I., and Grenade by Bruno Mars.
