Beyond the Halftime Show, Sunday’s Super Bowl 50 will be a must-see attraction for music fans thanks to Lady Gaga.

The superstar singer’s comeback campaign will see her kick off festivities with a spirited showing of the US National Anthem.

As history has shown, performing the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ on such a grand stage has immortalised some careers, while T.K.O’ing others.

Speaking with the NFL Network today, Mother Monster opened up about the honor of being asked to perform and revealed that she’s drawing inspiration from Whitney Houston‘s iconic showing.

Lady Gaga is done musically, however she could move into acting full time. But all of these opportunities being handed to her, is just a way to deflect from the truth. And the truth is Lady Gaga music career is OVER.

    • CL says Hello Bi+ches February 6, 2016

I think you misspelled lady Gaga with your own Crack pipe using fave

      • Weezy Tha Goat February 6, 2016

No b**** my spelling is perfectly fine. College graduate here, I know you may not be used to that.

    • CL says Hello Bi+ches February 6, 2016

But didn’t vuvuzela end it’s career after the 2010 world cup

  4. Abel Minaj (Arianator Barb) February 6, 2016

Good luck Gaga, we know it’ll at least be better than pigtina

    • King Mark111 /.\ February 6, 2016

I must agree. Sad because Fatina was a force early in her career. Seem to be a trend with these pop girls. But then there’s Nicki. Ciara and Ashanti. Great launch, epic fall.

      • King B February 6, 2016

        Christina has talent.

      • WTF February 6, 2016

      • WTF February 6, 2016

  5. King B February 6, 2016

Good luck Gaga! Even if someone called you Gags, The Fame sold 2.7 million, 9 times more than certain Princess of R&B while it sold 4 million in US, outsold the Princess of R&B highest selling album.

    • Kermit February 6, 2016

And who are you referring to ugly f*****?

  6. janvier February 6, 2016

Well I like gaga but y she getting uglier & uglier.

  7. FC/JC February 6, 2016

The time has come Gaga….. For you to Lip Sync…. FOR YOUR LIFE!

    Slay Motha!

  8. Dev February 6, 2016

She’s full of s***! Wasn’t she inspired by Whitney when she was called out for covering/being inspired by Madonnas Express Yourself with Born This Way

    • JOHNVIDAL February 6, 2016

She has said many times before Whitney´s version of the National Anthem was one of the things that inspired her most to be a singer. Plus she has also said in the past she truly thinks Whitney was probably the best singer in pop history.

      • richy February 7, 2017

        in that order!

  9. Jay February 6, 2016

She’s matured so much and is such a great artist on and off stage. Can’t wait to hear her sing! It’s only a matter of time for them to ask her to headline superbowl.

  10. .:: Centurion ::. February 6, 2016

    She has aged. :/

    • Xyz February 6, 2016

Everyone ages. But she f***** up her face

    • RASHAD February 6, 2016

      So has Rihanna’s walls!

  11. Xyz February 6, 2016

What happened to her Face? She’s giving me Joan rivers realness

  12. King Mark111 /.\ February 6, 2016

She’ll do well. I’m sure her grammys performance will be a Bowie tribute, since she stated so many time before that she looked up to him. I just don’t see her doing anything outside of EDm and EDM is dead.

    • WTF February 6, 2016

      At least she’s living…

      • RASHAD February 6, 2016

Ouch, that was low even for your standards!

  13. JOHNVIDAL February 6, 2016

No wonder why. Whitney Houston´s version is the best ever and by far. Everybody is inspired by it.
Hope Gaga does great. She´s been doing phenomenal the last couple of years in all types of stages.

  14. CL says Hello Bi+ches February 6, 2016

    She will do great!
Now with her opening, coldplay, Bruno and beyonce performing; I think they will overtake basic perry’s ratings from last year

  15. Royalkev February 6, 2016

I’m so glad Gaga can be normal again, it’s much more appealing. She’s mentioned Whitney quite often and that kind of inspiration tells me that she’s serious about being a real vocalist. Gaga does have talent and I expect her to do well with the National Anthem.

  16. Raquel February 6, 2016

    Who is that blond woman?
She doesn’t look like lady gaga
    Wtf

  17. JanStan February 6, 2016

Yalls just don’t seem to learn. This isn’t just a pop star (although her receipts already drag what most of yall call a pop star to the trenches). But on top of that, what she has that most of your faves never will is the respect of the industry, and now, she is being realized as a true talent by the gp. She’s slaying between albums just as much as she is during eras. E-VER-EE-THING

  18. Jason February 6, 2016

Why did she have work done so young?! She looks so much older, and plastic now.

  19. What now February 6, 2016

She looks so old now. She looks like she combined Céline, Cher, & Wendy Williams face all into one. Still, I’m very sure that Gaga will slay the national anthem.

  20. OMG Logic!!! February 6, 2016

No shade, but when did Gaga morph into Heidi Montag? I’m not here for this “The Hills” level of surgery Ms. Gaga is getting.

  21. Theman February 7, 2016

She’s been doing amazing. She’s good! Musically, she’ll be great.

Most in America, even those of a conservative bent, would not argue the richness
of perspective and moral values found in the
life Benjamin Franklin, but how willing are they
to live in a culture that acts out these principals to
the fullest. I hope soon they would expand the options
offered to greater heights and as well take care of the
high style quotient while doing so. Is this particular t-shirt design one that will be used in the short term, as with the promotion of a particular
event, or can you use this design intermittently over a longer period of time, perhaps as a reward incentive for employees or
as a giveaway item at hiring or recruitment events.
