Alicia Keys brought her ‘HERE’ album campaign to British shores tonight, taking to the stage on ‘The X Factor UK.’
Marking her first UK televised performance of the “era,” the 15-time Grammy winner aimed to make it count with a spirited rendition of ‘Blended Family.’

Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)While technically on-point, the song itself doesn’t translate well live as a single. It sounds like lounge music.
Video In-Article Ad (Desktop)She’d have been much better performing ‘In Common’ or ‘Hallelujah.’ Sure, they were demoted to bonus tracks, but they each pack the right kind of punch for the type of show she was on.

She was incredible and the UK love live sounding tracks with guitar riffs and bands that have a pop feel to it, Blended Family was the right sing to perform, although i looove In Common she has done it many times now, new album, new song for new life, she looked and sounded sublime she’s a goddess
This cd is blah, just like her last cd. Fallen. If I ain’t got u. Diary. Lessons Learned. You Don’t Know my name. Girl, if you want a hit – go back to the lab and write a great RnB song, sit your A** down at a piano and singggggggggggggg. Stop Playing alicia.
i cant believe she isnt selling well i always thought she will always be big but damn Alicia u have fallen off real hard
Nice performance
