Published: Sunday 21st Jan 2018 by Sam

Iggy Azalea is on the comeback trail, but before dropping new single ‘Savior’ she seems keen to share her journey – one that’s been filled with a number of stumbling blocks.

Full story below…

In a moment candidness on Twitter, the Australian rapper revealed that the song  was crafted when she was in a dark place. She told her 8 million followers:

Perhaps referencing her recent changing of labels and management, she added:

As reported, Migos star Quavo joins Iggy Igz on the track, which will also benefit from a Super Bowl push as part of a joint venture with Monster Electronics.

Iggy’s made her fair share of missteps, but she’s also has been mishandled and maligned in ways that skew a little unfair.

Could ‘Savior’ be just that for her career? The answer seems imminent as the song is set to debut any day now.

She makes fun Hip Pop music. I enjoy it. Mad we didn’t get to hear ‘Digital Distortion’ in full and hope the new album pulls through!

I liked savior but will it be new verses tho? How will quavo fit into that song is the real question. I love how these female rappers are making moves. It’s room for all of them.

Her last singles were good and by far better than majority of the crap out there now. People just love to hate on her. Wonder, if savior will do good, cause from the snippet I have heard, it sounded like the weakest out of her last singles…
