The ‘FEFE’ MC was arrested with four others (including his freshly fired manager) and charged with racketeering and firearm possession.
And now prosecutors are angling for him to receive minimum 32-years to life in prison.
The revelation was made the rapper’s arraignment in New York City.
With his family watching on, the 22-year-old was shackled while his attorney Lance Lazzaro petitioned for him to receive bail – so long as he paid $1 million, surrendered his passport, and remained on house arrest.
The judge denied and, as at writing, 6ix9ine (real name Daniel Hernandez) remains in custody.
Per TMZ, the 17-page federal indictment asserts that 6ix9ine and his clan conspired to commit a lengthy list of crimes, including drug deals, armed robberies and shootings. All over a five year span.
The document details prosecutors belief that Tekashi himself pulled off armed robbery on April 3rd along with his former manager Shottie (also on the hook for a life sentence), and two other members of the Nine Trey Bloods gang. It’s claimed that they robbed gang rivals at gunpoint.
Elsewhere, an April 21st shooting at the Barclays Center is listed, as is evidence suggesting Tekashi and associates were peddling heroin, fentanyl, MDMA and marijuana all over New York City.
And with that, ‘Dummy Boy’ drops November 23rd.
