The Blast reports that the spotlight will be put on all the players who take part in planning her personal life, financial affairs and medical treatment.
It’ll see extensive interviews conducted with all the people involved in the conservatorship case, “including guardians, conservators, doctors and even law enforcement officials who have had contact with the subject of the conservatorship.”
The move is especially notable in light of the on-going debate surrounding the control exerted over Spears and the authenticity of her desire to work in the full-on manner she has been.
Word is that the findings of the investigation will be paired with the results of an “expert evaluation” the singer will undergo. All of which will factor into the next hearing in September, when Spears’ expressed desire to have aspects of the conservatorship adjusted is considered.
