While debate has raged for years about Rihanna‘s gravitas as a performer, there’s next to no doubt about her abilities as a savvy entrepreneur.
It’s been clear for well over a decade that the star has an ear and eye for what’s hot as well as a well-rooted understanding of her own brand.
Recent years have seen her combine these various streams of knowledge into several self-made brands – including the instantly popular cosmetics giant Fenty Beauty, lingerie line Savage, and fashion house Fenty. The latter of which was launched in partnership with LVMH.

Should the number be true, it means she currently tops the likes of Madonna ($570 million), Celine Dion ($450 million) and Beyoncé ($400 million).
Whatever the case, she’s slaying many a lane.
It’ll be interesting to see what this means for her music career.
We say this because for most acts wealth and winning is anchored in the album-tour-endorsements formula. With Rih’s coins flying in from comparatively unconventional ventures, does she even “need” to the “usual” anymore? Then there’s the question of whether she’ll even have time to.
