I see a nose job from about 8 years ago, a breast lift or two, several full body chemical peels, a lot of botox, and likely a couple face lifts (her ears are more thin than her DC days and we all know thin ear cartilage is a result of face lifts cause they use some of that cartilage for your nose job and other stuff). She did all that because she is a superstar and legend and that is what it takes to remain marketable in Hollyweird. Hollyweird is obsessed with youth and females NOT aging naturally. The work itself is NOT expensive. If you got an extra 50K you can get the Beyonce package for sure. For 100K you can get the Madonna package.
