Peruse of the updated Billboard Hot 100 will reveal life is good in more ways than one for serial hitmaker Drake.
The Grammy-winning emcee – who recently reunited with ‘What a Time To Be Alive’ co-star Future to unveil the music video for their latest duet, ‘Life is Good’ – saw his name penciled in history books yet again this week for the song’s impressive chart debut. Granted, the tune (much like Justin Bieber‘s ‘Yummy’ last week) was blocked from a #1 debut by Roddy Ricch‘s blockbuster hit, ‘The Box.’
Yet, also like Bieber (as we reported here), the #2 premiere of ‘Life’ still came with record-extending stat boosts for its performers. Look inside to see what:

Drake concurrently collects his 36th Hot 100 top 10, extending his record for the most among male artists, and becomes the first artist to reach 100 top 40 hits.”

If Drake collects just one more entry on the Hot 100 he will own the record for ‘most appearances’ on the tally of any act. If he gathers three more top 10 hits over his career, he’ll beat Madonna‘s record for most top 10 hits of any act.

Yeah the rihanna logic.. like she has 14# 1’s.. but she isn’t the lead artist in all of them. But she is still #1.. like she’s sold over 200 million. Again it takes the freatures into account.. congrats drake. But it’s sad because that many entrys yet it doesn’t stay hot more than a week then on to something else.
