I agree with you on that album! A masterpiece. But I think she was going through something at the time with her fake b*** and was on percocet heavy. She missed a huge appearance with radio one and the pulled all her music from their stations which I think is still banned. Until she rights that wrong, her black radio play is limited since they are the largest urban radio network.
That album was such a gem. But yeah, she’s burned so many bridges, yet has so many Grammy worthy songs. I mean “Time” deserved SOOOOOO much recognition, yet it didn’t even get a video. Sigh…

Welp, I’m excited! I’m praying she’s back in her rooted R&B element. In my opinion, her first 3 albums were Amazing! Although all not better than her first album but the 2 afterwards were still consistent solid! After that, her 4th was a confused mess. Just all over the place! I didn’t get the concept at all. So I’ll be checking her out this time around. The #Supahood joint makes me nervous though.
