Published: Wednesday 22nd Jan 2020 by Sam

Breakout years don’t get much bigger than the blazing 12 months Lil Nas X has experienced.

Indeed, a year ago, the rising star was a name few knew.

Fast forward to now and his success has been unprecedented. Largely thanks to global smash ‘Old Town Road.’

This paired with the buzz generated by EP ‘7’ and follow-up hits a la ‘Panini’ has seen the young talent score 7 GRAMMY nominations. Including three of the Big Four categories (Best New Artist, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year).

Fittingly, then, organizers are reportedly welcoming the star to shine on the biggest stage of the them all.

Details below…

According to Variety, Lil Nas will perform at the January 26th ceremony.

Though an official announcement is pending, sources tell the publication he’ll joined by BTS, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Diplo.

Other names set to rock the GRAMMYs 2020 include Ariana Grande, Lizzo, Camila Cabello, and Billie Eilish.

The Grammy’s are about to be so childish. It’s basically a recap of the VMA awards. Just one hit wonders and bubble gum pop

Perform what? Everything after “Old Time Road (Remix)” failed and the label didn’t even try to capitalized the Cardi feature. If he performs “Old Time Road”, it could break him.
