Travis Scott has crossed a major milestone with mega-hit ‘Sicko Mode.’

Full story below…

The RIAA have announced that the 2018 smash has been certified Diamond for equivalent sales of 10 million units in the United States.

This serves as the very first Diamond plaque for the superstar.

‘Sicko Mode’ has amassed 1.2 billion Spotify streams, while its video has reached 735 million YouTube views (and counting).

Lifted from Scott’s third album ‘ASTROWORLD,’  the track was named by Billboard as one of the ‘Songs That Defined the Decade.’

Some of its other accolades include nabbing two nominations at the 2019 GRAMMYs and having the distinct honor of being the first Hip-Hop song to spend at least 30 weeks in the Top 10 of the Hot 100.

  6. TrollKilla December 9, 2020

    How many actual sales though?

  7. TrollKilla December 9, 2020

1.2Billion streams is equivalent to 8Million sold units which means it actually sold less than 2Million singles to get a Diamond certification. This streaming s**** is insane. I’m about to be a recording artist, it’s takes nothing to get these plaques nowadays

I literally had to look up the song cause I’ve never heard it before. After hearing it I’m confused as to how it went diamond. Streaming ruined music 🤦🏻‍♂️

  9. Theman December 9, 2020

This streaming crap is bogus. It’s very easy to get a diamond award even if the sales aren’t that great.
