Little Mix Announce Rescheduled ‘Confetti Tour’ / Reveal 2022 Dates

Published: Monday 8th Feb 2021 by Sam

The pandemic may have put a pause on touring, but Little Mix is continuing their ‘Confetti’ party into the next year.

For, the group – now a trio – has announced rescheduled dates for their hotly anticipated arena trek.

Full story below…

‘The Confetti Tour’ was first announced last Fall and was originally set to kick off this April in support of its like-titled album.

With the live circuit still at a standstill, it means Jade, Perrie, and Leigh-Anne have had to delay the trek until April 2022.

A statement from the ladies read:

“You know how much we love being on the road and performing every night for you all. However, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we must prioritise the safety of our fans and crew and help to stop the spread.

Therefore we’re so sad to say that the Confetti tour will be postponed to April 2022. All tickets will be valid for the corresponding rescheduled dates and we’re taking this chance to add an additional show for our fans in Cardiff.

We can’t wait to see you when it is safe to do so! Lots of love The girls x”

Peep the new dates:

The news comes at an action-packed juncture for Little Mix.

Indeed, fans were shocked when member Jesy Nelson announced her departure in December, yet rallied around the group in earnest to steer single ‘Sweet Melody’ to #1. Weeks later, ‘No Time For Tears’ – a collaboration with DJ Nathan Dawestrut into the top 20.

Perhaps most exciting, the ladies confirmed new music is coming imminently too.

Are they about to pull an Ariana Grande (‘Sweetener’ / ‘Thank U, Next’) and drop a whole new album? Or is a ‘Confetti’ repackage on the way? A stand-alone single?

Whatever the case, it’s clear Little Mix are keeping their momentum going. More power to them.

Really? Cause looks like a lot of the tour is already sold out.

      When will your fav?

No dates outside the UK and Ireland. Says it all really. And the comparisons to Ariana Grande in this article are laughable.

Seems like they were happy that the other girl is gone, so the can feel the DC fantasy

It will remain a fantasy. They will be like Destiny’s Child, but without the global hits, worldwide platinum records and international acclaim that group enjoyed.
