Kanye West‘s failed presidential run not only cost him his marriage to Kim Kardashian (as we reported here), but a lot of money as well.

According to the Federal Election Commission report, West spent $12.4 million of his own money toward the failed campaign.
The ‘Birthday Party’ candidate only received approximately $2 million from outside donors. In total, his campaign contributions were $14,538,989.74
West’s team reportedly spent $13.2 million throughout his presidential run. According to People, more than half of that money (about $7.5 million) was spent on his efforts to gain ballot access in as many states as possible.
When all was said and done, he reportedly only received 60,000 votes.
He announced his bid for president on July 4 of last year, but ultimately lost out to Joe Biden.

Someone I know withdrew all of their life savings and gave it away during a manic episode. I said that to say, it’s obvious that Kanye isn’t & wasn’t well for the last fews years. I hope he gets the help he needs.
With this kind of foolery, if I were his wife, I would surely be divorcing him.
There are people dying…the pandemic is hitting everyone really hard except some celebrities like Kanye, spending millions on foolishness? When will all celebrities come together and help people? Am not talking about pockets of help done by some and l applaud those but coming together to assist those in need…it is so sad and l can’t understand why the more celebrities get rich, the more stingy they become!
