John Legend ended 2021 with news he’d signed a lucrative new record deal with Republic Records, ending a nearly 20-year relationship with Columbia in the process (as we reported here).

The move undoubtedly signaled new music was en route, a treat for fans who had been waiting for new original music from the EGOT-winner since his critically acclaimed 2020 set, ‘Bigger Love,’ became his sixth consecutive Billboard 200 top 20 debut.

Never one to keep his fans waiting, the ‘Get Lifted’ singer lifted the lid on what’s believed to be the first taste of the sonic direction of his yet-titled next studio album.

Tapping Rap legend Nas and French DJ and record producer Florian Picasso to assist, hop inside to hear their new cut, ‘Tomorrow.’

‘Tomorrow’ may be one of many John Legend gems getting the live treatment at the April kickoff of his first-ever Vegas residency.
