Ed Sheeran is cooking something up.
This time around, it appears as though he is bringing Taylor Swift along for the ride.

Taking to Instagram, Sheeran shared a picture of signed playing cards and hinted at something more with the caption: “Signing some cds for something coming in a bit, keep an eye out.”

Notably, the cards show a Queen and The Joker, a reference to his song ‘The Joker and the Queen’ from his most recent album, ‘= (Equals).’
However, fans quickly came to the conclusion that Swift is set to feature on a remix of the song. In a previous interview, Sheeran said that the remix features an American artist and the two have been giving Easter eggs in their most recent videos.
Case in point, in his ‘Overpass Graffiti’ video, Sheeran can be seen wearing a jacket that has The Joker and a Queen on it along with Taylor Swift’s name in the corner. Moreover, in Swift’s ‘I Bet You Think About Me’ video, she puts a red equals sign into the wedding cake.
As of now, neither Swift nor Sheeran has confirmed these rumors and there is not a release date for the remix as of now.
