Per a new report, Spears is “in talks” to headline an all-new residency at Resorts World.
The development, which takes place just six months after the termination of the diva’s controversial conservatorship, may come as a surprise to some – given the superstar’s declaration that she wants to spend time starting a family. Plans that sadly took an unfortunate turn after she announced she and fiancé Sam Asghari were expecting their first child together only to reveal earlier this month that she had miscarried.
In any case, word is that a return to work may be on the cards for the 40-year-old, whose ‘Piece of Me’ residency is one of the most successful concert series’ of all time.
The report quotes an insider as saying:
“The buzz around Las Vegas is that they want Britney badly for a new residency.
They are wining and dining her on these getaways and showing her just how much they mean business,” the source said, noting the $15,000 a night suite the hotel rolled out for her.
This was Britney’s second trip to Resorts World this past weekend with her boyfriend Sam and notably her agent.
Britney could be back onstage as early as next year in Vegas.”
