Nelson – who dramatically quit Little Mix a year before the group announced its hiatus – launched her solo career with ‘Boyz (ft. Nicki Minaj)’ – which peaked #4 on the Official UK Singles Chart. She announced her departure from Universal’s Polydor Records just 14 months after initially signing.
Recent reports suggest Nelson is gearing up to push forward as an independent act, while also entertaining the prospect of nabbing another major label deal.
