Tory Lanez previously made headlines for shooting Megan Thee Stallion, however, in 2023, he saw his sentence delivered for the act.

He started off the year by declaring himself as innocent and his family saying that they forgive Megan for shooting and legal drama.

Prosecutors originally sought to get Lanez sentenced to 13 years, however, he was only sentenced to 10.

He started to sell merchandise that supported him and was denied bail by a judge at a new hearing.

He said he was in “great spirits” despite all of the drama. Eventually a second bid for bond was denied as well.
