Just two years after delivering the GRAMMY-nominated ‘My Favorite Dream‘ album, EGOT winner John Legend has lifted the lid on its official follow-up – the highly anticipated ‘Muse.’
Produced by Pharrell Williams, the sonically adventurous effort – described as “a cinematic, lush body of work that weaves together the strands of Black music, from Gospel and the standards to Doo-Wop, classic Soul, Afrobeats, and Hip-Hop” – comes as Legend’s third release on Republic Records after ending a nearly 20-year relationship with Columbia.
A 16-track affair preceded to chart battle by the warmly received ‘Daylight‘ and ‘Fireflies,’ ‘Muse’ boasts Williams and iconic Rap duo Clipse as its only features.
