Preview: Marvin Sapp Readies Christmas Album
‘Never Would Have Made It’ singer Marvin Sapp shared news this week that his newest project will be making its way to shelves on October 22nd in the form of a holiday-themed CD.
Titled “Christmas Card”, the project – his seventh solo release – will see the Stellar Award winner cover classic Christmas favorites like ‘What Child Is This’, ‘God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen’ with help from from former Commissioned groupmates Fred Hammond and ‘I Wanna Know’ crooner Joe.

‘Fresh Wind’ wailer Micah Stampley is gifting fans with fresh material from his new album ‘Love Never Fails’ (November 12) in the form of the Chris Tomlin remake ‘Our God’.
Set to be the first offering from a recently inked Motown Gospel deal, the tune is below for your listening pleasure but reportedly not scheduled to hit Itunes until September 24th.

Deitrick Haddon Hits #1 With ‘R.E.D.’ Album / Unveils Music Video For ‘Have Your Way’
Looks like gospel fans were seeing ‘R.E.D.’ this past week if charts are any indication. For, despite seeing his latter half of 2012/early 2013 filled with controversy, Deitrick Haddon triumphantly to music with a new #1 album ‘R.E.D.’ (Restoring Everything Damaged).
Released via RCA Inspiration, the album’s lead single “Have Your Way” is currently making waves on Billboard‘s Hot Gospel Song Chart’s top 15. To continue building buzz for the tune, Haddon recently unveiled its accompanying music video. See it below:
The album’s domination of charts comes just a month before his new reality show ‘Preachers of L.A.’ is set to premiere October 9th on Oxygen Network.

I am so over Deitrick. I have all of his albums and I do think he’s very talented but his arrogance shows through everything he does. And this new reality show crap he’s doing to once again glorify himself, not here for it. Don’t waste your money on his album like I did either, it definitely doesn’t live up to 7 Days or even Church on the Moon….
