Pancake day may have come and gone, but that didn’t stop ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Porsha Williams from dishing up a flat performance of her new single ‘Flatline’ recently.
Sure to make her the envy of walls far and wide, her recent promotional stint on BET’s ‘106 & Park’ saw her asked to deliver a short rendition of her debut single.
The end result? An unfortunate reminder of Cassie Ventura‘s ‘iconic’ set at the very same show.

With R&B making a return to the ‘Hot 100’ and the likes of Tamar Braxton and K.Michelle using their Reality TV roles to push the genre, we’d hoped Porsha would follow suit and blow the bulk of her competitors out of the water.
Unfortunately, it would seem Team Williams has invested in everything but vocal training for the star.
However, all isn’t lost! For, unlike some of her more ‘relaxed’ rivals, Williams’ time on ‘Housewives’ has already seen her showcase a determination and resilience that will work in her favour once all her ducks are in order!

Agreed. I’ve not been impressed yet hearing her sing, BUT the single is not bad. Not my genre, but it’s not bad.
It’s in the top 10 on iTunes, so hopefully that’ll be encouragement to make those vocals happen, though that’s not really required nowadays. Props to her for doing it without the live autotune. I guess.
