I agree 100%. She is channeling Donna Summer and I LOVE IT. As soon as the single hits stores I’m buying it. I don’t usually buy singles. Kelly is the ONLY artist I make that exception for. I the single disc for “Like This” and it definately held me over until Iwas able to get the album in my hands. Since we may have to wait until September for the new album(I’m still hoping for a push-up) our best bet is to support the single. Buy it on i-tunes or buy the hard copy(so you can have that beautiful picture) or buy both if you can. The keyword however is BUY. Let’s make this the year of K-Row.

Oh my, I’m so happy right now I am about to cry! This is what I’m talking ’bout people. With the right team supporting and investing in a talented artist, this is what happens. This is what many people have been waiting for. As a DC fan, I just was confused that only one of them was marketed as great. How can three train together, dance together and sing together, and yet only one has what it takes to be super stars. Kelly just needed the focus to be on her too! They all deserve that.
God Bless her. I just feel like this journey and all of her success is a lesson to young women everywhere on how to raise up out of negativity and become who you truly are. This picture is PERFECT. It says everything I wanted Kelly to say to the world. She is breath taking. Its like so many odds were against her. Haters were telling her to retire…and in her humble and gracious why she fought back, not with words nor aggression, but by becoming who she was met to be. God Bless her for being a great example of triumph over adveristy.
I will definitely support her, not out of pity but because I recognize her gift and enjoy her music.

I love the cover but it does look rather bohemian. You see this cover and you get the impression that Kelly is an Indie rocker or a neo-soul singer. She could pull both those genres off but if dance music is what she wants to be known for this time around the cover does not exactly scream dance queen. It’s still a beautiful cover though. She certainly looks like Donna Summer, who was the disco queen.
