For, storming towards its customers on the Marvel‘s wings is Luke Cage, the character who has earned his very own series which will premiere on September 30th.
Mike Colter plays Cage and joins writer, showrunner and Executive Producer Cheo Hodari Coker to bring the hero’s story to live-action fruition.

Mahershala Ali is Cornell “Cottonmouth” Stokes, an adversary for the title character to battle against. Simone Missick is a variation of Misty Knight. Alfre Woodard plays a variation of another Luke Cage nemesis known as Black Mariah. And Theo Rossi is Shades (aka Alvarez), a career criminal and a nemesis to Cage.
