Speaking at an amFAR gala, the Black Eyed Peas front-woman revealed that a live show is in the pipeline for the project. She said:
“Oh yeah the tour is coming. I don’t do this much work to not tour [the album]. I want to bring all those visuals to life, [be]cause it’s different from video to stage. So it’s a whole new element when you performing something live on stage.”
We’re torn.
On the one hand, it’d be wise of her to engage the fans who did buy the project, rebuild her live base, and recoup on all those videos she spent on.
Yet, given how poorly the LP has performed (see: #19 debut, a drop to #131 in week 2, and an exit in week 3), it’s arguably most logical to move on (and quickly). Perhaps back to the Peas and try again solo thereafter.
