A Los Angeles judge has ordered Usher, the King of R&B, to hand his medical records over to a person who claims he exposing them to herpes.

A number of people have accused the entertainer of infecting them with or exposing them to the disease and now one of them has finally scored a win after their request to examine his medical records was granted!

The accuser has been gunning for Usher’s medical records for several months, and a judge recently agreed and told Usher to provide “verified supplemental responses” ASAP in exchange for the accuser dropping his motion to force Usher to do so, according to court docs.
They plan to grill Usher’s medical providers as part of his prep for their upcoming trial, according to court papers.
Usher has one month to comply and has denied their claim that they had sexual intercourse.
Alas, his accuser is adamant that it happened and will bare all when his trial takes place in the February of 2019.

Not really. This is expected. A lot of time has lapsed since these accusers first came forward so if usher did not have her pes he would have publicly denounced it. Getting His Medical Records IS Only Step 1. They should also sue his insurance carrier in case he has a personal liability provision and perhaps the insurance company can pay out a settlement on Usher’s behald. This is all about the money. Hence, the reason they are filing only civil charges and not criminal charges. They are only dragging this out to ruin Usher’s name. Most of these cases are settled by the insurance company so I wonder why the insurance company is not being sued here. Likely they will eventually sue the insurance company as well as the case progresses.

She ain’t God and Usher ain’t never been king of rnb. King of her-pes maybe but even that title would have to go to Tommy Lee. Usher is a great artist and a legend but his impact is not as legendary as R. Kelly’s. Usher had some great eras early on but lost his way after his Confessions album whereas Kelly had countless eras and that special God given gift to write and produce hit songs for himself and others. There is no artist alive that has written and produced as many hit songs for other artists as R. Kelly has (Himself, Aaliyah, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Michael Jackson, Janet Jacksom, Mariah Carey, J. Ho, Madonna, Gerald Levert, Keith Sweat, Usher, Chris Brown, SWV, Celine Dion, Chante Moore, Isley Brothers, Kelly Price, Kelly Rowland, Keri Hilson, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, etc). R. Kelly’s talent truly is a gift from God.

You don’t have to write anything to make hit music. It just comes to you from God and you record it. Now stick to the facts and not your stupid ass delusions. When you listen to songs like Human Nature that instrumental was made largely by Michael’s own voice. R. Kelly does the same thing on his productions and he often uses his own voice as part of the instrumental. There is no one King. Everybody gets a title. R. Kelly is the reigning King of RNB. Usher was the Prince of RNB from 1998 to 2010 until Chris Brown snatched his title. Bruno Mars is the new Prince of Pop and Beyonce is Queen Bey. Everybody gets they own title.
