More on his remarkable success story below…
With 1.8 million spins earned in one day, Nas’ ‘Town’ rocked the daily Spotify streaming chart with ease much to the dismay of releases launched by YNW Melly, Lil Uzi Vert, Ariana Grande, Post Malone, Billie Eilish and J.Cole.
This, after the track topped the charts in the U.K and U.S last week.
The singer/songwriter is now on course to seeing the feel-good tune become the highest-selling single of the year globally despite cowardly efforts from some power players in Country music to derail his winning streak by having him pushed out of Billboard’s Country music chart arena.
Fortunately, as all can see, their efforts were impotent.
