NPR’s wildly popular segment, ‘Tiny Desk Concert,’ has become a go-to for artists looking to show off their respective vocal prowesses in intimate settings.
Having seen the likes of Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Lizzo, Megan Thee Stallion, and more serve up their hits acoustically in the past, the growing list of the platform’s high profile visitors grows monthly despite the series taking on a virtual take in light of the current global health crisis.
2019’s breakout, GRAMMY-winning starlet Billie Eilish is the latest to drop by – even going as far as recreating its well-known backdrop as scenery for her performance.
Cranking out hits ‘Everything I Wanted,’ ‘My Future,’ and more, look inside to see the 18-year-old work:
I used to stan Billie, but I’m bored now tbh…
I’m glad u said something right for the first time. Miss only flop!!!! Sophomore slump Is coming and we all live to see it!
Boring af. Just go back to sleep, she looks like she just get out from her bed…..
the green hair thing is boring now, never got into her anyways
This was a good performance. The vocals on “Everything I Wanted” were hauntingly amazing. It’s so refreshing that Billie is authentically herself.
Grammy season starts August 31, all eyes are on Ms Eilish after coming off a historic sweep last year. She has enough momentum to carry over. Mark my words “Record of the Year” “Song of the year” and “Pop Performance” for “Everything I Wanted”
Girl bye. Keep dreaming! She ain’t gonna win twice
O honey we know she won’t win But I agree she will be nominated!
Billie is here to stay! Even VMAs nominated her and the video sucked
