Its catchy, I don’t think mainstream will embrace it but it has a good vibe.
US Mainstream was never gonna embrace Kelly. They decided Bey was the only thing worth a dam from DC and have pretty much refused to give Kelly or even Michelle (when she did her pop album) any real chance. Hell that was obvious once When Love Takes Over was #1 EVERYWHERE except in the US it wasn’t even top 20.
Hip hop stations aren’t gonna play it either as it’s not a super slow lullaby like many of the R&b chicks are doing.
This song is alright not the uptempo I thought she was gonna come with.

I appreciate the effort but I wish they tried to create a sound a bit more commercial, in the same vibe, versus going for something more « underground ». Bruno Mars masters that with that genre.
